We would like to extend a sincere thank you to those who supported our participation in the Global Sourcing Forum + Expo (http://gsfe.outsource-world.com/conference.aspx), which was held on November 11-12, 2009 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York. Representatives of the Trade and Investment Section of the Consulate General of Poland in New York (http://www.newyork.trade.gov.pl/en) and Ericpol (www.ericpol.com) were there greeting visitors and offering information about the wide range of investment opportunities and outsourcing services offer that abound in Poland today.

The conference and expo created a collaborative arena for integral players from all aspects of Business Process and IT Outsourcing services to meet and exchange questions, concerns and recommendations about the ever-evolving face of outsourcing today. Representatives from more than 25 countries were there to offer insight and access to available channels through which to reap the benefits of new and expanded investment in BPO and ITO across the globe.

Two members of the Polish delegation participated in panel discussions at the event. On November 12, CEO of Ericpol Group, Marek Gajowiczek took part in the conference panel, "Bundled Services: Delivering ITO and BPO Seamlessly," while Vice President of Ericpol, Anna Smela-Kjellin contributed to the expo panel on "Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa: The Next Wave of Outsourcing." These speakers from Poland's largest telecommunications outsourcing and consulting company enriched their respective panels on a level that can only be expected from the executives of a firm of its caliber.
